Care Outreach Initiative

Founded in 2014, outreach aids vulnerable Liberian women, children, and educates.

Amb J. Howard Mattaldi Jr. founded Care Outreach Initiative LIB Inc. in 2014 during the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. Our organization focus on making the maximum positive effort for our less fortunate and vulnerable women and children in the community. We are registered in Liberia, West Africa, and located in Gbarnga, Bong County. Members and volunteers provide the momentum that keeps us working toward change, but your donations make it all possible.
